Cadoc Ayrshire is the son of Cinead, lord of the Ayrshire kingdom. Cadoc
was raised in wealth and prosperity where all his needs, and wants, were
provided for. From an early age Cadoc studied under the best philosophers,
scientisits and generals in the realm. He learned the art of war, and
the skills of a warrior. Entering in numerous tournaments and honed by
the land's mightiest knights, Cadoc's skill was soon marvelled by tens
of thousands as he became recognized as the Isle's best knight.
Cadoc's weapon of choice is a sword although he is trained in most weapons. He knows many styles and can effectively switch techniques in mid-fight to confuse his opponent and give himself an advantage. If Cadoc has a weakness, it would be his arogance and his tendancy to humiliate and hurt his opponent instead of finishing them.
With his incredible fame, fortune and ability, Cadoc felt as if he had nothing more to accomplish and lost his focus. He lost purpose. Living a recluse livestyle Cadoc began to loose touch with the world as he knew it, and started to develop a cathartic attitude to those 'below him'. He believed that he should rule the realm; dictating and imposing his thoughts on any lesser beings. There are only a few individuals that Cadoc respects, and out of those he respects, there is only one that shares his view of domination. Apollyon and Cadoc seemed to find each other like two predators in the jungle. Their first encounter nearly ended with the death of Cadoc after a brutal battle between the two enraged combatants. Since his near death experience, Cadoc has shown the utmost respect for Apollyon and quickly moved through the Order of the Black Sun's ranks to Apollyon's second in command. While he serves Apollyon and the cult with all his heart, he still has difficulties envisioning himself as 'second in command' and has aspirations to the sole leader by any means necessary. tabar
