Ezra's past is shrouded with intrigue and circumstance. Her parents died tragically when she was young, and she was raised by her big brother, Erik. Erik did the best he could to raise a young Ezra, but they were almost always going from town to town depending on handouts provided by strangers. When Erik became a teenager he started to work for various guilds due to his exceptional speed and strength. It was at this time that Ezra started to understand that her brother had a gift and that he needed to realize his potential. She felt as if she was an anchor to Erik, and she needed to start pulling her own weight.
At the young age of 12, Ezra began to look for work behind her brother's back and she found a number of shady prospects. Ezra found out that her gifts were agility, stealth and a quick wit. These shady employers offered her a steady source of funds in exchange for her unique abilities. Almost every assignment she received was illegal in nature, and many of them were deadly if she was caught. She always managed to please the right people, and had always managed to avoid the numerous livid individuals that she had swindled, lied to or stole from.
Ezra finally found solace in a man she tried to steal from. Kamric caught the young girl breaking into his sanctuary and trying to steal from him. Instead of turning her in or attacking her, he offered her more money and even a home.
It was rumored that Ezra had seen Kamric and as a result quickly became a target for the Order of the Black Sun. She keeps on moving to avoid being caught and she went back to her original profession. A rogue mercenary for hire.
She has recently lost her brother and is now totally alone...
